Forget QBR for a moment and look at that passer rating. Not bad for a "running back playing quarterback.”

Captain check down?  Who the hell have you been watching?  If anything Hurts doesn’t check down enough

I think more people think he should check down more. 😂

How to tell people you don't watch the games without actually telling them you don't watch the games.

I think it was a pretty obvious trolling attempt.

Just keep on grinding and the Eagles will keep on winning.

16 TD's to 2 TO's in that period is ridiculously good. He was a little unlucky on the INT he threw today, it's great to see the progress compared to earlier in the season where the TO's looked like they were becoming a trend

The fumble was worse than the int to me. He took a lot of sacks today especially early in this game. The Eagles aren’t complaining about it, but I do think Jalen was affected by the sun in this one. When the sun went down he heated up. Weather you like the guy or not one thing is undeniable and that is he’s a winner. 41-19 in the NFL means he’s doing something right.

Agree on the fumble. He also did a much better job of throwing it away in the second half on plays where he was sacked in the first half. Another sign of improvement

Jalen’s start of the game doesn’t overshadow how he was exceptionally dominant later and helped pummel the Cowboys. He basically helped crush them in the third and the game was over. The defense was great all game though. They’re making great quarterbacks look average, and mediocre quarterbacks look like they don’t belong in the league right now. The Eagles are looking good on offense, defense, and special teams right now. Looking forward to this game verses the Commanders. A win and they take a big step in taking control of the division, but it’s also going to be their toughest test since their run started this season. This is going to tell us much about this Eagles football team.

Yeah he really seemed to focus on being smarter with the ball in the second half. I don’t think he got sacked in the second half did he? After taking 5 in the first half.

Continuing on our QBR discussion, those poor decisions reflected in his QBR and overall, the dallas game brought his season QBR down about 4 points. IDK, to me, that just seems reasonable.

You're still not gonna convince me Hurts is a great QB. He would get completely crapped on without the massive amount of talent surrounding him.  Others  QBs have done way more with way less. Dude has All Stars everywhere and our pass ranking is like  20th in the league.

Based on what? Attempts? Yards?

There is no such thing as a perfect QB. They all have bad games and bad quarters. Ours is playing about as good as it gets right now. You don't like to see two TO's in a game but he didn't have one the previous 4 games so it was bound to happen at some point. No QB is turnover free. Even Saint Nick threw two during his 27-2 season.

He’s also only throw 4 this year. So 4 in 9 games… If he continues at that rate he’ll throw 8 TDs this year. And he has 22 total TDs right now so he could be on for 42 TDs.

Pretty much all QBs are much better with talent around them. Even Mahomes has looked very human this year without a true number 1 receiver.

Hurts has had a really good year despite Brown being out for half of it, Goedert and Smith missing games and the oline being pretty banged up.

He’s not perfect, but we are lucky to have him.

Mahomes has less total TDs and more INTs than Jalen this year and yet I think is still ahead of him in the MVP odds? And I know Mahomes doesn’t have a true WR #1 so I’m not trying to say he’s having a bad year because all things considered I think he’s doing quite well.

He's ahead cos of his defense leading them to an undefeated record thus far, and his name only. I think Barkley should be MVP tbh, but if we're talking just QB's, then Jalen should be #2 behind Lamar, or #3 behind Lamar and Allen.

Jalen Hurts has an uncanny ability to find ways to win football games. I’ve seen many quarterbacks in Philly with better "arm talent” find ways to lose especially when it mattered the most. Meanwhile this guys just goes out there and find ways to win. He’s also calling a lot of plays at the line right now making him directly responsible for the offense good or bad. I’ve just never seen a guy this willing to do whatever it takes to win. I remember the guy before who was too selfish to do whatever it takes to win. He thought he was bigger than the team. If fans want guys like that then perhaps they should go find another team. Plenty of arm talented crumb bums out there losing for franchises to choose from.

Just remember.... HUrTs LeAVeS tHE pOckEt tOo EaRLy!!!!

Statistically many of Jalen’s numbers are on par with his MVP level season except for his average pass yards per game. Now why is that? Could it be that Barkley is waaaaayyy better than Miles Sanders?
