This game with Dallas is starting to look like a loss if Hurts is not in at qb.  

Hurts isn't my fave player, but I sure as hell hope he comes back this week. We have ziltch as far as a good backup QB.

As of Today, Jalen remains in concussion protocol. If he doesn't practice tomorrow he will not be playing on Sunday.

Have not heard about Pickett's status and whether he is practicing or if it's Tanner McKee. My guess is McKee will be the starter.

Pickett is horrible. At least McKee can pass. That should open up the run game enough to win. If it is Pickett, just stack the box, blitz all day long, and add up pick 6s. As much as Howie has plus points all over the place, Pickett had a book of crap play in Pittsburgh. Bad decision.

Yes and you have to take both bites at the apple.  You have tow chances to get one W.  You play until you have it.  F rest and risking it.  Gotta go get it.

Pickett was a full participant in yesterday's practice and stated he is good to go for Sunday.

 

What is the over under prop bet for Pickett INT's and fumbles? At least 2.

Defense gonna need to shut down the Cowboys to win this one, and they need to manage to get Barkley going despite the backup QB and them keying on the run.

They are going to need to utilise the screen game I think… I’ve just seen a bet that I like:

Dallas +6.5, Aubrey over 6.5 kicking points, Saquon over 10.5 receiving yards and Pickett over 0.5 interceptions.

Pickett will lead a few drives for FG's. Unless barkley runs one in, they won't score a TD with Pickett.

By your analysis, we should not be surprised if McKee starts the Dallas game with Pickett as QB2 and Book QB3.  Pickett has rib injury which can be the excuse for him as a back-up.  It should help to have the passing game working and not just running.

ive got a christmas thing at my inlaws during the game so now i'm glad i am. i thought this would be why it got flexed out of the 400 window. hurts doesnt play till the wildcard round. 100

They shut down some fairly potent passing offenses over the past 2 months (Rams, Bengals, Ravens, Steelers (albeit without Pickens).  That game against Washington was an exception … not the norm … so why do you think so negatively about our pass defense now?

I predict at least 1 INT and 2 Fumbles for Kenny Two Gloves. Parsons will eat him up.

Oh bud I know they’ve shut down some really good offenses. It’s not that I am thinking suddenly they are bad I’m just worried they won’t respond the way we want them to. We all want them to come out ready to put that game behind them. But I guess I’ve felt like that a lot over the years and I feel like it sets up for a bit of a let down.
