As for Moore, he should stay and build a multi-champion team and then be able to hold out for a better opportunity. Don't go to a trash organization and not be set up for success. He's got an incredible roster on offense to work with there, a supportive HC and GM and owner, it's a great situation. Then in a couple years take a good HC job not settle for some bum team that's desperate.

The Poll should have included the option to Ban the OP.

I have very little use for Nick, but I haven't seen enough from Kellen to think he'd be much of an improvement.

Love him or hate him, you can't fire Sirianni with how the team has played this year.  Obviously, the playoffs will end up being the measuring stick, but the guy has been to the Super Bowl, been to the playoffs in each of his 4 years, he's got a high winning percentage and the players and coaches seem to respond well to the guy.  He has benefitted from the talent that has been assembled here by Howie.

Successful head coaches always depend a lot on good coordinators, so that argument doesn't hold water.  I think one thing that Sirianni should do is stay completely out of the offensive play calling or scripting any plays.

I didn't expect Kellen Moore to be here after this year.....especially if the eagles go on to the Super Bowl.  I'm sure he wants a shot at being a HC in the right situation. But you simply can't replace Sirianni with Moore after what the eagles have done this year.

So many coordinators have a hard time passing up an opportunity to become an NFL head coach. I mean what if Dallas comes knocking? You could argue he’s had his best success there. Can’t really blame him for the Chargers implosion anymore either after what we saw from them today. Being the Eagles OC is like being in charge but not receiving the credit. I don’t know if I fully buy into Moore just yet, but if the Eagles lose today at home and despite Sirianni’s record in the regular season I’m not so sure his job is safe.

No.

Nick's done some questionable/stupid things in his tenure here, for sure. But I don't think I've seen enough from Moore to make him a HC yet.

If they fired Nick he’d be picked up right away. As much as I dislike him his track record is good so far.

Doug and Chip Kelly were picked up too. It doesn’t always work out for that next team.

True - but there is no way Siriani is getting sacked, even if the Eagles lose next round.

Maybe he’s the luckiest coach ever, but he wins a lot. End of last year was a disaster. But the team has responded and he deserves an extension

I think there was a very small chance Nick got sacked if we went 1 and done. Now that we’re sure to fight another day, I think it’s as close to certain as one can get that he’s returning.

Nick is better than both of them.

Yes agreed. Unless something truly insane happens Siri is safe and should get an extension.

Fangio isn’t going anywhere which is great. Hopefully Moore stays and gives us some continuity at OC for once.

With McCarthy gone in Dallass, do they try to hire Moore as their next HC?

I think they might. A lot of this is going to come down to what Moore himself wants. Is it money, power, status, or titles?

At this point I think some team will take a chance on him. If he stays, he's next in line here but his opportunity won't come for a while. In the meantime, he gets to build his skills and experience for a while so that when or if he does take his shot it won't be at some bottom feeder, The smart move is to stick around and pick his franchise later on in his career rather than just jump at the first HC job with some Jets or Browns type of team. Those kinds of moves can kill a promising career

I don’t think he’s all that. He often just looks like he really doesn’t know what’s going on.

I don’t think he will go back to Dallas. They didn’t really want him as their OC and I doubt he would want to go back.

Really hope he stays. Hurts need some continuity. I think he will.

I agree with you, but Jerruh is nothing if not Quixotic, unless it is mercurial. Who knows what madness lies in the heart of that man? It's only a matter of days since he refused some team permission to speak to McCarthy

I mostly agree with this. He hasn't really done anything to stand out yet. I think he needs a few more years as an OC to be a competent HC. At this point somebody would be jumping the gun just to get a young hire.

Eagles best years under Sirianni were with Shane Steichen and Kellen Moore. In 2023, they had Brian Johnson as OC, they faltered down the stretch after a 10-1 start to 11-6. Eagles also lost Frank Reich, and his OC replacement wasn't so good.

Can’t wait to find out who the next OC is that Sirianni has his best years under
