It's good, IMO, that Burks got a whole week of practice with the 1's on D. More prep work hopefully equals a good game from him. 

As an LB, you have to recognize and then react. Quickly. 

Burks played much better after a week of reps.  He is better north south than Dean, and Fangio played to his strengths in situational football today. He isn’t going to cover any TE’s well and won’t flash sideline to sideline like Dean.  

Burks actually had a pretty good game in this one.  Props to him for clearly putting in the work between games to improve his play.

Agreed he had a good game. Just have to be careful with him in coverage.

Burks made a few nice plays. Don’t think I heard Trotters name at all.

Run D was bad but Burks made some other really good plays.
