You could have some criticisms for what Halen did. I lot of guys make mistakes out there though. Daniels played well, but he also left a lot out there too. For a rookie he is so poised it’s scary, but Howie, Jalen, and Sirianni make it hard for me to believe they will simply hand the division over to Washington anytime soon.

Absolutely, just a little criticism for him. Those that say he cant pass at all are just fool of it. He isnt elite at it or anything but, he can sling it when he needs to and does it well when he is on it.

Yeah, i agree the Eagles aren't giving it up anytime soon i don't think. Daniels can just as easily crash and burn in a year or 2 ( dont think he will but sheet happens) . Still to early to tell

You know this division though. Will anyone win this division in consecutive seasons?

Daniels is damn good for being a rookie, actually hate he is on the Commanders because he seems like a guy i would root for otherwise. That being said, id agree Hurts was doing it all. Only criticism i have for him is he still doesn't let it go when he should in some cases Brady even said how well he was playing but, still needs to be quicker on some reads

20/28....My problem with the Hurts hate is that those people obviously don't watch other football games. Ever. Every single Qb in the league misses reads or is late. Every single one. Even Allen and Mahomes. I just watched that game and Allen should have had at least 3 interceptions. But none of you will speak of that because....why?

Im on Hurts side and i mentioned Allen throwing actually almost 4 interceptions like 6 times in multiple threads. Not sure if you mean me or not or just speaking in general because im not those people

Lurie has said it many times, he wants a dominate passing offense.

The desire for a dominant pass offense on Laurie’s part is a lot like "Howie doesn’t draft CBs” or "Howie doesn’t draft LBs”. It was true once upon a time, but with further input and changed circumstances (like adding Fangio as the DC), statements of the past are not as accurate in the present. Lurie watched Saquon in action just as closely as you and I did.

NFL is so predictable. Before 2024...Everyone wanted a high power passing offense...until 2024 ...when several teams ran the ball very successfully and Eagles even won a Super Bowl on the back of the dominant offensive line opening running lanes for a great Barkley. Later on in the 2025 draft .....Offensive guards were snapped up off the board. Probably other teams in 2025 will try to balance out their offenses with running instead of pass, pass. The point is whatever works to win. And I am sure Laurie saw that in 2024..

Spot on. As they say on Wall Street, "Past performance is not a guarantee of future results.”

I say the same thing to women.
