I'll say 2017 because it felt like Eagles were always going to find a way to win games and less stress.

Nothing will ever top the 2017 season and title

The regular season run of 2017 was more fun but this SB was the best day in Philly Sports History. I go with 2024.

2024.  The addition of Saquon really made this a super fun season to watch.  And this team just seemed like it was on a mission ever since the bye.  Plus Wentz was kind of a dooosh.

Both are great for their own reasons. The first one and how exciting a game it was will always be special, but there is just something about the dominating fashion in how they won last night, where I had a smile that couldn't be erased the entire 4th quarter. From the bye week on, the team just steadily showed very few signs of weakness, and I felt after the Ravens win, this team could only be beaten by the injury bug, or themselves.

The 2024 team has been the better one, arguably one of the greatest teams of all time, but the 2017 team had a joy and a magic that this one didn't have.

2017 was simply magical because it was the First Super Bowl win after 40 plus years of hoping, praying, and lots of tears. But this team is arguably the greatest Eagles team I've seen in my 55 years of life on this Earth.

I liked this one more

"Enjoy" more? This entire season. Dominant performances, dominant playoff run, no stress or tension or doubts. Total dominance.

The Philly Special, winning the first SB, Foles as backup winning MVP, that was amazing and that feeling can't be replaced. I got to "enjoy" this SB win more for the whole game due to dominating and being comfortable. But the elation of the first win is special.

Push. Different reasons. I think for me 2017 will always be more memorable, but they're just different flavors. I like defense quite a bit, so seeing Fangio come in with the #1 defense and show people what's up was really special. But so was Foles elevating to the best QB in NFL history for about two games on a return story.

2017 was more stressful because of the Carson situation and the unknowns with Nick.  But getting Brady back after what happen in XXXIX will never be topped.  With that said, this was by far the BEST performance in a Super Bowl in Eagles History.   Sadly the Eagles D let Brady put up 500 yards.   Yes Brandon saved the day but that doesn't excuse how the D played.  You can't say the same here.  Offense, Defense, ST, everything was clicking in the Super Bowl.  Also in LII, Tom Brady was still driving and had a hail mary opportunity.   This game there was no point after halftime that I believe the Chiefs were coming back, that's how dominate this Super Bowl win was.

Yes the 2017 Team scored 41 points so 1 point better but they gave up 33 points which was 11 more more than this Eagles D gave up (Mind you 16 points was Garbage time).   . But the 1st time will always be #1.  Nobody thought we were beating the Pats the same way most thought we would lose to the Chiefs again.   Another reason I give 2017 the nod is because this team had two cracks at  the Chiefs in 3 years where it had been 13 years since we last saw Brady.  With that said, something about this win felt even more Historical.   I think this team was slightly better than 2017.

EPIC GAMES PLAYOFF GAMES:

2017: NFC Championship/Super Bowl LII

2024: Snow Divisional Bowl, NFC Championship, Super Bowl LIX

Ill be honest i was not really following the team closely back in 2017. Maybe people have short memories but football was very dull and predictable in the Brady era. Even if you made it to the SB you expect to lose to Brady unless you are Eli Manning. I think even now people think of us beating Brady in 17 as a fluke. And we were so good in the regular season there wasnt much drama. So i think while i enjoyed the 2017 SB win more, i enjoyed the entire season of 2024 a lot more.

As far as games go 2017 was better. It was a dogfight between Foles and Brady one that hurts Brady to this day. I will never forget the first one and the parade was legendary. This one for me though showed a lot. This team is young, hungry, and full of winners. I mean 2017 had a lot of mercenary players on it and there was some questions once Wentz was injured. This team took the Chiefs and all of their pageantry and bulldozed it. This felt like the moment when the Bulls finally supplanted the Pistons and went on their run. The first one was thrilling, but this one is making a statement that the gold standard has finally arrived. I’ll take this one and I’m ready to see more.

Both are very different. 2017 was a bit of a fairytale because of how it all played out. I think that year it just seemed to be written for us to win. Being our first too and the way it unfolded in the Super Bowl was just epic.

But for me 2024 gets my vote. The way we played after the bye. The way we were so dominant and beat some really good teams along the way. We were the best team in football and we finished the year off as the best team in football. And of course coming to Philly to watch the game and be with our fans adds to it.

2017 was great, 2024 for me has been magical.

I actually thought the 2017 season was less stressful

Is it okay to enjoy both seasons equally? Both had their own unique storylines that we'll always be talking about.

It would be interesting to see what benchings you called for that year.

I'm talking more about the playoff run aspect and when Carson went down. But the season itself no, they went on a 9 game winning streak that year.   Again 2017 will always be #1, you can't get to #2 without breaking that wall down.   But this year's team might be slightly better overall.

Nothing like the first time. 2017 is hard to beat; basically impossible to repeat the nerves, the thought of "will they ever win?", the feeling of "they actually did it!", the Philly Special, etc.

However, this time it feels like we're really the best in the league. Nick and Hurts shutting so many people up is awesome and relieving for years to come.

No! You must choose a side and argue. Coming soon: which parade & speech was better.

I'm looking forward to adding a 3rd Super Bowl to the discussion.  :-)

To me, the story of 2017 was Wentz getting hurt. Eagles found a way to win with Foles. And, in the Super Bowl, Foles played with ice in his veins, out dueled Tom Brady. We were underdogs and we hung 41 points on Tom Brady and the Patriots. Philly Philly / Philly Special on 4th down was incredible.

The story about 2024 is more of struggling early. A little bit of angst during the season. Saquon was special. Maybe the other players sacrificed a bit to allow us to feature Barkley. Saquon was breaking free during the playoffs. The D was dominant in the Super Bowl, almost unbelievable. I didn't see that coming.

Which was better? Probably 2024. Don't think 2017 was a fluke. 2017 was going toe to toe with the GOAT. 2024 was knocking out the Champ.

Together, we have 2 SB wins in recent history sandwiched around a loss. We have been in contention. We have beaten both dynasties, the Patriots and the Chiefs, in the SB.

And, we are young. We have a shot at a potential repeat next year.

They're both fun.

Nobody expected the 2017 run to the title. The entire season was a blast.
The 2024 team were contenders from the start. It felt like things could go awry at any point after disappointing in 2023. It was more a relief they didn't mess it up and turned it on at the end.

Question asked which season you liked more. I think 2017 was less stressful before Wentz went down

If only they had of benched Barkley and DeVonta Smith as you demanded - this year would have been a lot less stressful.
