My take is that LBJ was involved.  He had the means, motive and opportunity.  Look at where the hit happened.  But JFK pissed off so many dangerous people, I would suspect a conspiracy with LBJ being the head of the snake.

Oswald pulled the trigger and killed JFK. The second gunman on the grassy knoll theory has been thoroughly disproven by balistics analysis. Now whether he was doing so in coordination with, or on orders of, someone else is less clear, but it wasn't the CIA, Mafia, or LBJ. And if you think the answer is going to be found in these files, you're going to be sorely disappointed. It's possible he was aided/informed by a foreign agent or government but I would imagine something like that would've been disclosed a long time ago.

I believe it was the CIA that was behind the assassination. I believe Oswald was a CIA operative.  There is no way during the height of the cold war, Oswald could have defected to the Soviet Union, then yers later be allowed to freely waltz back into the country with his Soviet wife, and soviet daughter and roam the country unfettered as he planned to kill the president. 

There's also no way the real truth is going to be declassified. Trump can say whatever he wants.

At least three things mitigate against what you say.  The first are the statements of the witnesses on the railroad overpass that had a bird's eye view.  The second is the Zapruder film that shows JFK's head snapping back from the impact.  The third is the CBS breaking news report that interrupted the As the World Turns broadcast where people were rushing up to the grassy knoll right after the shooting.

I suspect the results of this poll will align with the results of the Does Biden have dementia poll.  The liberals, as always, will have egg on their face if the truth comes out.

He was being tracked by the CIA and FBI and they definitely knew of his time in the USSR. That's probably why the files haven't been released, because it shows our own agencies F'ed up and didn't take the possible threat he posed seriously.

The files weren't released most likely because there were people in the government who were complicit.  Do not underestimate the effect of the Berlin Wall, Bay of Pigs fiasco and Cuban Missile Crisis all happening over a short span of time during the height of the Cold War.  The Cuban Missile Crisis unnerved a LOT of people.  And do not underestimate what the vice president was capable of.

Document 32149267 seems to directly contradict the findings of the Warren Commission with regards to Jack Ruby. The document places Ruby at the scene of JFK’s assassination and not five blocks away, it states:

'Recently…a Group Manager in the Dallas Intelligence Division, received information from a confidential informant that might be helpful in the investigation of the Kennedy assassination. The informant stated that on the morning of the assassination, Ruby contacted him and asked if he would ‘like to watch the fireworks.’ He was with Jack Ruby and standing at the corner of the Postal Annex Building facing the Texas School Book Depository Building, at the time of the shooting.'

Oswald was to be the fall guy and Ruby the man to silence him. Why would Ruby carry out such a deed? Theorists believe Ruby, who was known to have mafia connections, got into debt with the mob and had to kill Oswald to repay that debt. Certainly, when Ruby was interviewed in 1964 as part of the Warren Commission, he repeatedly spoke about being in danger. He stated that he wished to tell the truth but couldn’t do so until he was in a safe location. Since the Commission had no police powers they were unable to offer him that protection.

Ruby is the big fly in the ointment that those who maintain Oswald acted alone can never explain.  Ruby clearly had ties to the Chicago mob.

Again, Oswald acted alone. For decades I believed in the Conspiracy. Not anymore. The Oliver Stone movie was a disaster. It presented many different theories and none of them disproves Oswald acted alone. 

The evidence showing a conspiracy is weak.

It was Oswald's gun, the shell casings were found, he worked in the building, a shooters nest was found, Oswald attempted to murder a Federal Judge before he shot Kennedy, Oswald shot and killed a police officer. Oswald learned to shoot a rifle in the  United States Marine Corps. 

Inside the Target Car pretty much proves that Oswald was the shooter. They recreated his head shot and the arterial blood spray was a dead on match. Proving the kill shot came from behind. One thing inside the Target car proved was there was no grassy knoll shooter. Because an exit wound would have been found on the left side Kenndy's head and Jackie would have been killed as well. 

The pristine bullet theory is a misnomer. That bullet is anything but pristine. There are recreation videos showing the single bullet theory was possible. Kennedy was in the rear seat and higher than Johnson was sitting in a jump seat that was lower. Accounting for this the bullet passed through all body parts and was able to be recreated.
