I would question the decision and lament that once again more power is shifted to the Executive branch which had become too powerful even before Trump's first term. Courts make incorrect decisions, but I have lived with and will continue to live with bad court decisions. The government's case is supposition and does not prove Tren acted as an agent of Venezuela. Sorry, I'm kind of a fan of individual rights and averse to the government removing them for any reason. It sets a terrible precedent.
