Nope. The commie is ~72% chance to win.

i have been saying, like most sane americans, that the fringes need to back in the corner where they belong.

When you have that kind of money, it's a different Florida.

Some guys will do Palm Beach, but others with a large number of younger employees are looking at CT -- employees can stay in NYC if they want while the PMs move to Fairfield County and put the office in Greenwich or Stamford. It's a pain to move everyone to FL for larger HFs.

And property taxes may be on the ballot in the next election. If those go away, Florida becomes a veritable tax haven.

Yep, unless you are a tourist. My condo always seems to go from $650 a night to $1100 after taxes and resort fees.

A bunch of people who don’t live in NYC complaining about NYC. What’s next, CVON starts griping about the Giants QB situation?

sounds like zohan has your vote.

Of all the stupidity this guy supports, I think my favorite is his idiocy about starting government run grocery stores. He's pushing it as a way to bring down prices that are inflated because fat cat grocery store operators are jacking up prices and ripping people off while they make huge profits. Those evil grocery stores with their...~4% EBITDA margins. Grocery stores have the lowest margins of any major industry, but let's not have facts get in the way of campaign stupidity. Ever single lefty who (rightly) criticized Trump and MAGA for making stupid and impractical promises about reducing grocery prices but then voted for this clown is an idiot and a hypocrite.

Oh, and you know who sells groceries in NYC's rougher neighborhoods? Small mom and pop stores (generally owned by minorities/immigrants). So he'll put small, minority owned stores out of business in order to not save customers any money.

You just can't make up this level of stupid.

Yeah, why should anyone be concerned about the largest city in the country and the financial capital of the world?

Have you considered being less stupid? You really should.

Sure if you plan to never set foot outside from April to September. I'd bet satan's arsehole isn't as hot and swampy. I'll take 3 cold months over that hellscape any day.

You don’t like six months of hot and humid?

Hey if you want to see the insane success of state run stores, just look at the PA wine and spirit stores. Such low prices and so much better to frequent than those evil greedy private run liquor stores across the river in New Jersey.

I'll never forget the look on my (now) wife's face when she moved to Philly (from Jersey) and we were going to have a housewarming party at her new place. We're setting up the apartment, and she goes "ok last thing to do, just gotta head to the liquor store and pick up some beer and wine" And I was like, "oh, no no you're in PA now. You go to the beer distributor to pick up beer. You then go to the state store to get your wine and liquor". She was so confused

Only in a MAGA world, would the thought of the American Dream be the dumbest crap they ever heard. ICE isn’t getting most of these people at the welfare office, they are snatching them from their jobs.

"The American Dream" even.....

🤣🤣🤣

If those stores were replacing food stamps he might be on to something, but they aren't. I heard the idea years ago that food pantries were preferable to food stamps because there would be less fraud and abuse. However, the practicality of it because of all of the overhead and property management would make it not worth any savings they might generate from eliminating food stamps. I doubt he will get any of this stuff done, just like Trump never got Mexico to pay for the wall or the Ukraine war to end in 24 hours. The new brand of politician just seems to have to be able to be a good carnival barker in order to be successful.

It used to be worse. You used to have to go to a window and tell them what you want instead of being able to walk the aisles and shop. And of course all of those stock people and cashiers are government employees with pensions. I feel like we have come along way in PA being able to buy wine and beer in the grocery stores now.

the state controls the distribution and sales of one drug, while continuously dicking around about another that is competition.
