If you have the money Sanibel is better if you aren't attached to anything you can't fit in a vehicle.

After one really bad spring break trip a few years ago where like every day was in the 90's, I swore I'd only come back in the winter, and yet here I am.We did universal hollywood two summers ago but we'll probably do universal orlando either next spring break or christmas break in '26. My youngest should be tall enough for the hulk coaster by then. Sucks that they're shutting down rip ride rocket before we had a chance to ride it.

That helped with the Florida heat. At Disney at least most of the lines are air conditioned.

This time though, I worry they'll be no match for Florida in August. Current plan each day until the party day is to do a late breakfast, then water parks or pool during the day, and then theme parks from 6 til close.
