I'm a rational man and every so often I play the Devil's advocate with myself. What if Trump is right? What if, for all the bombast and ugliness, this was the only way to get rid of the rot and save the United States? I try to do this exercise to the best of my ability, but it always gets cut abruptly when you get to Stephen Miller. There is no way to rationalize Miller. As non negotiable as Trump is, Miller is beyond that.
