The only thing that's saved this country over the last decade is the left's patience. Patience to the point of masochism if you ask me, but without it, we would've long since been in an active hot war. Like I said, it's unlikely but there's scenarios that pull us back from the brink, but I honestly think the only real chance is a Dem pres candidate that endorses and never backs down from preaching an amicable divorce. Couldn't come from the right in any real way bc too many of them desperately want to kill their fellow Americans, but a Dem could take that stance. Question is, do they have the balls to propose something so radical? Maybe but nothing they've done so far tells me they do.

I could also see this escalating to the point where states would secede. No sane person wants to go to war with Denmark, Germany, and the UK.

Yesterday at 11:46 AM1 day Denmark has just started a military buildup on Greenland. No doubt a very tiny number of people sent but the story is they are sent to prepare for larger numbers to be deployed soon.
