At the time of the shooting the guy on the ground posed absolutely zero threat to life or serious bodily injury.

When I first saw it from the one angle I thought the one agent who took possession of the sidearm ND'd into the ground and one of the other agents panic fired, but on another angle you can see another agent come in and grab that agents arm, which is when he started shooting.

There's no way to articulate that. The guy on the ground facing away from you can't go-go gadget arms and reach around behind you for your weapon, so if there was a threat to his weapon it would have been from behind him, so why start cranking rounds into the guy proned out in front of you. It makes no sense.

From what I can see MPD is not releasing any of the scene and is telling ICE the professional version of F off. That's unprecedented.

The gun seems to be in possession of ICE though which concerns me. And I’ve seen an angle where the agent who took it fired it into the ground. If that did happen it could be accidental but it could also be used to force the narrative that the gun was discharged. So we really need to see that evidence. I’m glad to see you call it what is is though. Straight up murder.

Why are the big bad ice thugs so afraid of a camera and whistles that they have to shove 130lb females to the ground and unload an entire can of tear gas directly into their face. These academy fail outs who can’t pass a basic exam or physical fitness test need to be removed from any sort of power or federal funding. We are UNSAFE with them in our communities. And I have friends and coworkers who live in Minnesota so I’m hearing plenty from people there that isn’t even hitting the online feeds.

At first I thought the agent who took it ND'd a round into the ground, but upon further viewing I believe that all rounds were fired by the same agent.

TBH before all this ish kicked off, ICE wasn't exactly known in the LE community as being the top paradigm of federal LE, and their mass hiring and quick training just made the ish heap higher.

After watching this more times than I care to, I think in the course of assaulting him his shirt came up and revealed the gun. The one guy screams "gun” and someone else just reacts and fires the first shot. Untrained, undisciplined and eager to shoot people for any excuse they can find.

Yeah right around when I was on there was a bit of a shift in LE transitioning from a way of life to being a job, and with it came waay more of the "I'm going home at the end of my shift" mentality.

I could see it with the older guys working the job. They'd all spend their own money and time at the range, but nowadays if the department didn't pay for it, then "why should I care".

It used to drive me Fn nuts, because I did all the extra ish which made me waay better than I would have had I done none of it, but with how lax things have gotten it was like being the tallest midget.
