I joke that I still have the palette of a 12 year old. Honestly, if health weren't a concern, I'd be happy eating french fries with every meal.

Yeah I'm with vikas. Mustard sucks. I don't know if I have some equivalent of the cilantro gene for mustard but I honestly can't stand the smell or taste of it. The dijon brown stuff is slightly less nauseating than the bright yellow French's kind but I will starve myself rather than eat anything slathered in that gunk. I used to think it was solely because of the acidity from the vinegar, but I've become accustomed to Carolina bbq sauces on brisket without issue and still won't go near mustard.
