April 1Apr 1 Do you draft a K in the late rounds? I would not. I'd shake the UDFA Kicker Tree after the draft, and see what/who falls out, then make a move to sign a guy or two for Jake's competition.

Before they restructured Jake's deal I would have said yes you probably do look to draft a kicker in the later rounds. But given they've restructured Jake's deal making it look likely he will be here next year then no I am not sure you do. Why spend further assets on the position when they seem to have decided he's getting the job? Which makes absolutely no sense given he has become a liability but it is what it is. So yeah maybe go sign a UDFA and see what happens? But ultimately that guy is headed to the PS at best.
