Friday at 12:16 AM3 days Now with Hurts out will the front office have Sirianni keep his job using the injuries as an excuse. The way things look now this could get ugly with us going like 3-14.

Friday at 07:36 AM3 days This a results league, and considering the owner has had a lot of success selecting a coach in the past I don’t think so. Sirianni needs wins and not just effort.
Friday at 10:13 AM3 days He's gone after this year barring some type of miracle finish. His decision making on the sidelines alone cost him the last two games. Offense has been a mess for two years. A report came out that the Eagles cash payments far exceed anybody else's in the league. Lurie has put his money where his mouth is. Can't believe he will allow this product to continue to fester.
Friday at 03:07 PM3 days Sirianni's job depends on how the next 12 games go, especially the next 4 games.......regardless of who's playing. 4 NFC opponents, 3 NFC East games. However, Howie has seen what can happen with 2 experienced coordinators with Sirianni coaching. If the eagles go into the tank, Howie may stock up on draft picks, Mannion will be replaced, he'll sign strategic free agents.....and give Sirianni another shot.If New Orleans doesn't improve, the owner has already stated frustration with the coaching staff, maybe Kellen Moore becomes available again.
Friday at 05:06 PM3 days It should NOT be safe, regardless of who the QB is. Or how many injuries they have. His bubble headed, in game decisions, have cost the team Wins. What does he do that helps the team win? His job should be judged on THAT.
Saturday at 04:13 AM2 days If the team is playing hard all season long, Sirianni's job will be safe as long as he doesn't single-handedly lose a couple more with bonehead decisions. I predict a lot of Eagles fans will be mad (always a safe prediction) when they find out.
Yesterday at 12:22 AM1 day Injuries shouldn't matter... 2020 was one of the Eagles worst years for injuries it didn't save Doug albeit Doug was fired for other reasons one being they didn't want to hire or keep Doug's guy? Correct me if I'm wrong anyway... Well Nick got to hire Patullo so there's no reason why Nick shouldn't be on the hot seat... If Nick isn't worried right now he should be... If his ass isn't burning right now he sure as **** has a bad case of sweaty swamp ass

Because the fans always seem really mad that they can't figure out what things he does and doesn't do for the team.Should he be fired simply because it's not obvious to the fans?
Yesterday at 01:41 AM1 day His job should be safe regardless. He's taken us to 2 Super Bowls, winning one. Bad season or otherwise, he should be safe.
Yesterday at 01:32 PM1 day Let's wait and see what the Eagles final record is first. Right now they're 0-2 against Sirianni.

He struggles when he doesn't have elite coordinators and cost them the last 2 games with bad decisions. If they go 5-12 or something I could see Lurie making a change. He got rid of Pederson 3 years removed from a SB win and 1 year removed from a playoff appearance.

Lurie wanted changes made, Pedersen wanted to keep this as they were. Guess who's going to prevail in that situation.
Yesterday at 05:56 PM1 day Still missing blocks, and still terrible on first down. That’s prep, and that’s on the head coach.

It would be foolish to dump him after a few bad games, even a bad season where we're pretty well decimated. Do this 2 or 3 years, and all bets are off. But we're not even two calendar years removed from a Super Bowl blow out. I don't believe Lurie is that fickle to dump him now, minus behind the scenes things that we can't know about.
13 hours ago13 hr He's never had a losing season. He's taken us to the playoffs every year. He's won a SB, made it to another. I don't see how you can fire a guy like that. Who are you going to replace him with? To what standard will that person be held?I get it's been frustrating the last year and a half (more for some folks). But there can only be one winner every year. This year is so crazy with injuries everywhere. Last year the o-line was awful, but they were all playing hurt. I don't think the constant merry-go-round of coordinators helps, either, but that's a price of success.

7 hours ago7 hr Colts GM Ballard just fired. The new one they hire will want to pick his own coach, so Shane will soon be available to return as head coach

If you look into the end of last season combined with this season being terrible, also know that Sirianni choose both of these coordinators, I see no chance he comes back after this season if he can’t turn this thing around. Most of the players are coming back so there really isn’t an excuse for Sirianni not to win this year especially when you see how everyone else in the division sucks.
51 minutes ago51 min I don’t think mick get fired because Jalen is dealing with blood clots. I think nick gets fired because he’s terrible at organizing and running an offensive system and/or hiring a competent OC. I don’t think it matters which qb on the roster plays this season, the offensive approach sucks. We saw that clearly with mckee running the same garbage. Jax and Car had it figured out before stepping on the field. He may be a good people person and the players like his management of the house so to speak but the football IQ is leaving a lot to be desired.
