Sure, and it will be contested and end up at the Supreme Court where the GOP has the majority. Just because the Constitution doesn't lay something out doesn't mean it can't be contested. Ask the judge in Hawaii who does whatever he wants.

I have been saying Trump would win but at this moment in time it looks like that is not going to be the case unless he has a great Debate which is doubtful. also the Senate is pretty much lost for the Republicans at this point and the house that is not even a question
