Contest it in the courts. They would find some grounds to contest it the same way the GOP will. Now, yes two have voted against Trump before, but these are type A personalities who do have egos. They don't get to where they are otherwise. Do you honestly think conservative justices will vote to be in the minority when the packing case comes before them and to have their voices silenced or otherwise muted? I don't see that happening in any way shape or form if it even got to that point.

Unless things change the Senate will be lost for the Republicans and well as the Presidency, Like it or not Bide and Schumer are next in charge, that is not something that makes me jump for joy either but sometimes you need to face reality

 Absolutely no way. There already is infighting within the GOP about this nomination. It hurts the GOP a lot more to push it through. Even GOP pollster Rasmussen said he hates trying to do it before the election because it will hurt the GOP in the presidential and senate elections.
