Not much marginal vote but, as always, every single election turns on whether democrats turnout. Republican turnout is predictably flat since 2000. 
If they push this through, this will be a klaxon to anyone who normally doesn’t vote and votes democrat. 
But the protests and violence hasn’t really changed anything as many, including me, thought it would. In fact, it has increased Biden’s lead in several states.

We were talking about it earlier, some key battleground states were within striking distance. A couple pts outside the MOE. The closet vote will still be in effect to some degree.
