Republican turnout is predictably flat since 2000. If they push this through, this will be a klaxon to anyone who normally doesn’t vote and votes democrat. But the protests and violence hasn’t really changed anything as many, including me, thought it would. In fact, it has increased Biden’s lead in several states.
