To be fair, the one to Sanders was over the wrong shoulder.

it hit his hands. every player in the league will tell you they have to catch that

Ironically they had a tie against the Bengals that year too. Maybe a 2nd half benching is the wake up call Wentz needs.

Carson certainly does not help himself at times, but benching him won't make the oline block better or the WRs catch the ball.

Even look at this year, I mean I actually really like reagor and think he will be a good receiver for us, but lamb fell so far it was almost a no brainer to trade up and take him. Instead, we let the cowboys grab him and looking like they have a stud from early showings.

I’m not saying Reagor won’t be good, but he hasn’t shown me enough to this point to claim he is. 4 wide receivers have Ben taken the past two seasons and the only good ones are two guys from the practice squad. Howie is stinking it up.

I agree he should have caught that, but it wasn’t a great pass.

Now, do I turn the game off for the first time ever or do I continue to suffer?

I'll continue to suffer, I guess.

The commentator even said that. It was supposed to be over his other shoulder so there is where he was looking. He didn't adjust quite right and dropped the pass....not making excuses, just saying....

Jamon Brown looks really bad. Opeta wouldn't be worse and at least has some theoretical upside.

It’s just bad right now. So many guys just injured and ineffective. Asking this line to be great is like asking Stoutland to walk on water.

Really ugly, this game is really showing how wide the gap is between these two teams, Howie has nowhere to hide with his poor drafting.

Dude was it a hard catch?  Sure  but it hit him in the hands and rolled down his chest.   Asking for someone to make a hard play once in a while isnt a lot.

Look again. It was stripped out.

It may have been over the wrong shoulder, but Sanders had plenty of time to track it.

he threw it towards his inside shoulder more towards the end zone. He throws it more towards his right shoulder and his momentum and throw is taking him towards out of bounds.

At least it would prevent him from taking more of a beating and Hurts can go run for his life out there.

Not so sure about that. The ball was in the air before Sanders turned the wrong way. The ball was place perfectly to make it easier for him to stay in with the TD. No excuses for Sanders on that one other than he lost track of the ball.

Suffer with the rest of us.

He adjusted in plenty of time to catch that. The slow motion showed it was right in his damn hands. Lets stop blaming wentz for clear drops.

If Sanders would have kept turned outside he would have caught it. He was turned outside, flipped and looked inside, then missed it because it was going behind him. That was 100% on Sanders.

Yeah, the ball was fine. Sanders turned his head the wrong way.

Just makes you want to vomit.

I really REALLY feel bad for the fans who are in the stands right now having paid their hard earned money to sit here and watch this crap up front and personal......that has to absolutely suck big monkey ballz.....

The most frustrating thing here is that the Eagles are showing just enough to make you think this season isn't over. Wentz doesn't look bad. You get a couple "if onlys" (the Hightower/Sanders throws). The Fulgham/Hurts plays looked good. The defense held up for the most part despite the backbreaking 3rd and longs.

Brutal Snatch, Cancerous Interceptor
