Maybe, maybe not. Coaches have a play call sheet based on field position. It’s possible they call a different play there if they’re 10 yards further back. No way of knowing, but either way taking a sack is a bad play.

That's on the O-line.  They should be occupying the D-line to prevent that.

Lineman are also 6'5" with 35" arms. So yeah..... 8-9' height with their arms straight up.
