If Howie really cared about the organization and not just his own power within the organization he would’ve figured out a way to keep Dorsey. I mean this guy drafted at least one Pro-Bowler in every year he was with the Chiefs and Browns. How many has Howie drafted? 

The only one who is happy is Howie. Full control remains his.

Can we leave this open but just change the title to ex-Eagles consultant?
