DBW Posted December 1, 2020 Posted December 1, 2020 Anyone have these new fad sodastream sparkling water machines? My wife drinks about a bathtub of seltzer per week so I was thinking maybe it’s worth getting one of these things. Reviews are mixed. CO2 canisters hard to find during covid apparently.
paco Posted December 1, 2020 Posted December 1, 2020 We have had one for 7 years now because schmoopie loves her sparkling water. We dont drink soda but have tried their different soda syrups when we first got it. They were fine but im not one of those picky types who cares if its cole or pepsi. And yeah, canisters have been hard to find, but thats usually not the case. If she does drink a ton of sparkling water I recommend it. It will end up paying for itself. I would suggest getting 2-3 extra canisters, to keep you from constantly running to the store, and bottles, so there is always cold water. 1 1

My ex bought one awhile back and she loved it as she used to drink a lot of Pepsi and Coke. The machine itself is a bit pricey. But like @paco said, it will wind up paying for itself fairly quickly. Not to mention they have a lot more features than the one we had. 1
