Really like Wallace and Driscoll.

Yeah to be fair so do I. I also like Goodwin and to be fair Watkins.

If Reagor is what we think he can be and we hit on another wr as being a good 3rd guy it’s a win.

I won't go that far at this time.

I am less confident than I would have been under different circumstances.

there is a chance this all works out, but the LB'er has to be good vs. the run, and the WR's have to be able to catch consistently. I feel good about the IOL addition.

I guess all I'm really saying is we'll have to wait and see.

Wow, Reagor was the pick all along, and Desean basically spoiled it before the draft:

Give the kid 3 years in this system and see what he can do. Hopefully kid gets on the field and actually improves the offense.

I think Prince Tega Wanogho could end up being a home run.  He has legitimate athleticism, size and power. If he's healthy, he could be a good starter for a long time.

I'm curious as to why he fell though? I think he was graded higher than late 6th round?

Injury concerns people have been saying.

No. I’m actually really happy with this draft. I’m not a big Bradley fan, but he’s a 6th rounder. Day 1-A, Day 2-B, Day 3- A+

I’m getting more on board with Hurts the more I think long term.

Knee issue in college but appears to be fully recovered.

He showed up to I think the senior bowl and failed the pre game physical. They found fluid on his knee and wouldn't let him play.

There has been some criticism of the Eagles front office taking Jalen Reagor at 21. While some will say that, value wise, it was a reach. However, in my view it was the best option. First, trading up would have cost some picks and the Eagles wanted more picks this year because they need more players and have more needs. Now if you want to say, they took Jalen Hurts in RD 2, and if they had included that 2nd RD pick in a trade offer, they would have had CeeDee Lamb. Possibly! However that is an unknown. I can see the "value at the pick" argument, however I disagree. But if the argument is with Reagor and his talent, I will really disagree. But first, the other options, trading down or selecting Justin Jefferson instead. Trading down, at least in some reporting I read was not an option as at the very least, the Saints liked him at their selection. So there was very little space between them and the Saints. Minnesota did want Jefferson I believe. But that could be talk also. Most reports said Reagor was shooting up draft boards. I also think The Eagles liked Ruggs more than Lamb, and the Raiders flipped the script by selecting Ruggs. Lastly, Eagles obviously liked Reagor more than Jefferson because they passed him up. Why you ask? While Jefferson is a very good receiver, he played 90% of his snaps at the slot position. He also doesn't have the after the catch running ability as Reagor. Jefferson is solid, solid hands, runs great routes, high points nicely. But he is not a burner nor is he someone who will be a creative runner. He does create separation with his route work. I will say, I did see a lot of body catches by Jefferson. He is not a ball snatcher like CeeDee Lamb or Juedy.

Now as why Reagor was the best pick for the Eagles. First of all, he has the skill set they wanted. Deep speed, short area quickness, special teams return ability. He can play all three receiver positions, he runs the jet sweeps, bubble screens reverses, end arounds. Furthermore, he is fearless across the middle, for being smaller in height-5'11, he is not afraid of physical contact. He doesn't avoid it. Also, and this surprised me the most, his ability to high point the ball-IN TRAFFIC. For being 5'11 (if that) he has excellent leaping ability and is very good at 50/50 balls. He also did not have Joe Burrow throwing to him. In fact they did a study, only 31% of his targets were in the catchable range. As compared to Jefferson's 69%. Reagor had bad or freshmen  QB's throwing to him.

Now, what really sold me, was not the highlight YouTube videos. While they are fun to watch, and Reagor's are impressive, that is not it. What I saw that impressed me most of all were when I watched some of his route stem analysis by some coaches online, you can watch one of those here:

Reagor Routes

Lastly, there has been some complaints that Reagor didn't face the same competition as Jefferson. Well true to an extant. However he did face some very talented teams that were top 10 in college football. Including Ohio St. with by the way, CB's Jeffery Okudah and Damon Arnette, who both went in the 1st RD this draft. What was the result? 7 catches 98 yards. That is nothing to sneeze at. He also played other big schools with success like Oklahoma and Texas as well as others.

I'm very happy with the pick. He is a hard worker, and he fits what the Eagles want to do. Is he perfect, no not at all. But he at least has indicated his willingness to learn and indicates he is a good team mate first. Not a prima donna. Will he be No.1 WR day one when season starts, no, but he doesn't have to be. He just has to preform his role. Add speed, play making and special teams.

Are men still allowed to wear jerseys? Not sure if that is acceptable anymore but to hell with that. I am getting alt black Reagor jersey once they start selling them lol

Hell yeah it is. I mean I do so in my book that makes it absolutely fine.

What yall think?

Although I like the Reagor selection, this whole draft feels like a missed opportunity.

What could have been...

Lamp, Taylor, Wallace, Driscoll, Hightower, (Goodwin), Bradley, a Nigerian prince and Toohill...

Still pissed J. Jones on his yacht with that annoying head of his stole Lamp in front of our noses. Can’t stand it. Bittersweet...

I agree.

Lamb and the JK Dobbins would have been clutch! But again, I am 100% behind the Reagor pick since Lmab was drafted prior to #21

Dobbins and Sanders in the backfield....nightmares

No haha on IG Live he said he doesnt want a number in the 80s. He wants a number in the teens and he said he might go back to 18 but he will see. I am not going to purchase until I see confirmation

I think Reagor will be a star. He has a rare combination of speed and strength. Not really tall but can leap with the best of them. Dunks a basketball with ease.

His dad, Monte Reagor, played with the Eagles in 2007 and interned here in 2011.

As long as it isn't #13...

I need at least one season of reprieve from that number.

Probably won't be though. I'm always taken back by how much they charge.
