Coaching is a big problem on this team.  Doug is terrible.  I wish he would get fired. 

We doing all out blitzes now because it's our only chance on D. 

Doug needs to put DJax in the game on 3rd and 14.  Even if the ball isn't going to him, he would draw enough attention from the safety, likely opening up the other receivers.
