that's dumb when the slightest part of the foot barely goes out of bounds like that.  should be similar to making a 1st down.  If majority of foot is in bounds should count.

I swear these announcers dont do their homework.  Earlier in the year someone was defending Wentz and blaming the O line and receivers...then when Wentz sucked they ripped Wentz once they saw it with their own eyes.
