Redden Posted February 13, 2021 Posted February 13, 2021 This will be Me and Harley's second Valentines day together. Last year I got her a Tiffany bracelet that she loves. I was thinking of making dinner for her this year, but that seems cheap. I can't keep buying expensive jewelry, hell, if I wanted to do that I'd still be with Irish. Any recommendations for me? Times yours. 1
hputenis Posted February 13, 2021 Posted February 13, 2021 Advice isn't spelled with an S. I take gofundme or venmo. 2 4
ToastJenkins Posted February 13, 2021 Posted February 13, 2021 You already broke the seal buy the jewelry...and a butt thing for her
paco Posted February 13, 2021 Posted February 13, 2021 For Valentine’s Day we will probably be cleaning the beach condo and maybe doing some work around our own home. So if you ask me, you can clean our condo for us 2
HazletonEagle Posted February 13, 2021 Posted February 13, 2021 Before Christmas my mother in law temporarily moved in with us. My wife asked me and I agreed to it... At the grocery store the other day we were buying dish soap and Mrs HE said her mom has been going through it like crazy, and she hasn't had to wash a dish in the sink or load/unload the dishwasher for months. I said oh yeah- Happy Valentines Day. That's your present. Redden my suggestion to you would be, instead of a MIL, maybe a hot live in maid. 2
wholesale_Melvin Posted February 13, 2021 Posted February 13, 2021 The dinner deal is prime. It shows you put effort into the relationship instead of buying your way out. 10 kids & 3 wives later, someone better listen to me dammit. 2
EagleJoe8 Posted February 13, 2021 Posted February 13, 2021 Last year, you got a girl named Harley something from Tiffany’s. This year, be thankful you’re not dating Tiffany and having to buy her a Harley. 1 2 2
UK_EaglesFan89 Posted February 13, 2021 Posted February 13, 2021 Advice? Get a card, get some flowers and offer to run her a bath. Perhaps offer to cook dinner. It's a commercial holiday. 2

I've been busy with not a free moment to go do anything the past 3 weeks. She wants to cook me a nice dinner tonight since the kids are at the grandparents. Asks me what I want. I said steak or seafood. As of this morning she has no idea what she's making and is busy all morning. That's what happens when you leave meal selection in the hands of woman. I have to take my boy to my nephew's bday party tomorrow so I'll be gone for a good chunk of my only day off. I'm failing as a husband, but I'm so burnt out from the week I just don't have it in me to come up with any ideas. Giving her a massage and some tube steak is the best I can muster this year. 2

Yeah, tomorrow we will be busy with cleaning and doing the nursery. I'll be making a steak dinner. That's about it. 15 minutes ago, dawkins4prez said: that's next level. 20dawk4life Posted February 13, 2021 Posted February 13, 2021 I bought my wife something scheduled to be delivered Monday. I really really can’t wait for tomorrow. 1

rambo Posted February 14, 2021 Posted February 14, 2021 Wife came through. Maple bacon wrapped scallops. Fresh bacon from our pig we got. My tube steak will never compare. 2
