Following a three-year review, the Army has scrapped plans to use the same physical fitness test for all soldiers, choosing instead to have some reduced standards to allow women and older soldiers to pass, the service announced Wednesday.

I’m not sure exactly what that video is supposed to prove but it in when I went through Army basics in 1981, we had a dude who couldn’t do a single sit up or push up. He never made it out of basic. I doubt very much this video here is of basic training, it is not an accurate representation of the military.
