Even with a decent team, if he gets his butt handed to him for a quarter or two, will he quit?  Maybe not.  Maybe with the right coach he'll become a driven consistent player, maybe even a HOF player.  But it wouldn't surprise me if questions like that were among the reasons that he hasn't yet been picked.

FWIW, Warren Sapp was supposedly working with him to prepare for draft and stated that the kid is not coachable.
