With two kids, I'm a little concerned about the gummies issue. I keep mine far out of reach but still really wish they would make a flavor that tastes bad, to avoid unintentional overdoses in children. Give parents the option of something has a strong taste like alcohol so that kids won't think it's candy just like they won't confuse wine with grape juice.

Just got back from the dispensary.

I got a vape pen and 1 vial of Chem De La Chem (take it at night as this is the good stuff). Helps with sleep and the pains.

A tincture of Hope 1. Take it in the morning.

1 vial of Ghost Rider. Can take it throughout the day.

A vape pen.

In all seriousness, let's get MJ legalized nationally (or at the very least decriminalized) before we start to test synthetics.  The entire world is currently going towards a "natural" and "organic" path....why would the legal MJ world even attempt "synthetics" at this time?  One step at a time, folks!

It doesn't have the same effects of actual weed. It's kind of a watered version... That being said still fantastic and now they are trying to ban it. Losers!

No such thing as overdose on weed so you are okay. They might reach some early stages of psychedelic states though which could really open their mind

I just ordered 100 grams of distillate for a little over 200 bucks.  Gonna make my own lol.

With everything I've bought, they almost always have some sort of childproof packaging. So with the combination of you hiding it, and your kid having to be extremely committed to opening it if they find it, I'd like to think you'd be okay. Unless they're in high school and just want to get stoned.  But by then, you'd be just as worried about your booze and your medicine cabinet.

Yea the ziplock on these is kinda tricky, but something my 8 year old could probably get open.

Just discovered these, Delta 9 gummies: https://www.earthgrownwellness.com/products/urb-legal-delta-9-thc-250mg-gummies Tried them out last week, took 30mg and another 30mg 2 hours later. Was borderline greening out, way more potent than the Delta 8 edibles I have been using. Very similar feeling to regular weed gummies that I used when I was in Cali. If edibles aren't your thing, I have also used HHC (a derivative of Delta 😎 carts recently: https://forgehemp.com/hhc-cartridges Also a lot more potent then Delta 8, although not as strong or well rounded as carts I used in Cali. Both of these are significantly more expensive than Delta 8 though. 

Last but not least, if you are a traditionalist and only want to use flower, check out high THCA hemp flower. THCA once combusted is exactly the same as regular THC. People are really pushing the envelop of legality with this. I have used hemp flower with THCA as high as 23% and very little CBD and the effects are practically the same as flower I have used in Cali. High THCA that high with low CBD are very hard to get as there few growers and a lot of buyers. If you want to try something right now, I can recommend this https://flowgardens.com/collections/cbd-flower/products/bordeaux THCA content is only around 10% though and has a decent amount of CBD which can negate your high. It takes me 2-3 times the amount of use to get me where I want to be compared to stronger hemp flower. It is, that's why the effects are so similar. People have discovered a loophole where you can have an edible with Delta 9 THC as long as it is 0.3% or less of its total weight. So a 4gm gummy can have up to 12mg THC

I knew about the Delta 8 loophole. Didn't they would go with Delta 9. 

Does anyone use any of these products for pain relief? 

I dosed myself almost a year ago on it. I will never touch that stuff again.

It's ok. Not quite the same. 

Never used for pain relief. It helped me sleep but I feel the tolerance built up very quickly. May have just been me.

I started to build a very slight tolerance but only after a few months of using it roughly once every week or two. I started at half a gummy and am now up to about 3/4ths of one. If I get to the point where a full gummy isn't doing it anymore, then I'll probably switch over to the real stuff, but that requires me to drive about 30 min to the nearest dispensary, whereas this d8 stuff I can have shipped right to my house.

When I was playing soccer last summer, it would help a bit with the usual aches and general soreness from that, but since then, I haven't really needed it for anything pain related. Does knock me right out though and gives me a real solid night of sleep.

I order them here and there as a back up if i camt get the edibles i normally use. If I only take them for a month or so they work fine...and actually if I go a while and take them, they work more than fine and knock me on my butt lol.

 

I do use daily though for sleep, so my tolerance does build up quick. I build in "off days" every month with the regular stuff.

While awake, are you dizzy or off balance from it? It would be my 85 year old mother using it and I can't risk giving her anything that will potentially make her fall. As a sleep aid would be great, though.

Not in my case, but I can't say how it might affect your mom. Though I generally don't walk around much once it starts to kick in (which is about an hour or two later). Basically just park my ass on the couch and watch stand-up or play video games. Maybe a movie if I start it early enough but it's rare I can stay up for more than 2 hours once it starts to set in.
