May 22, 20214 yr A nothing special Saturday here. Grocery store at 8 am (had to wear a mask), gym at 10 am (mask optional), a late lunch at the local pizza place (no mask), dropped the puppy off to get her first grooming session (wore a mask). Here in Delaware the mask mandate has been lifted and I am fully vaccinated. Still feels a bit odd to not wear a mask though.
May 23, 20214 yr Up at 5:30am to get daughter and wife to a gymnastics comp, cleaned kitchen, coached baseball game from 9-10:30, swung by target for a pick up order, put laundry away when I got back, cleaned up dog poop, mowed the lawn, sprayed the roadside ditch for weeds, vacuumed and mopped the entire first floor, grilled homemade burgers for dinner. Still have to shower again, replace a light switch in the kids bathroom and make some edibles. Yeah it was that kind of day. Haven't sat down all day.

June 1, 20214 yr Went to wife's cousin's son's 2 year old birthday party. It was outrageously boring, but luckily, I recently bought a really nice bocce ball set, and it serves its purpose almost everywhere I go. Played that for over an hour while pounding Coronas. When we got back, we went out to dinner at our favorite local spot in Mint Hill, then we rushed home to watch the Sixers destroy the Wizards.

However, I ordered some bocce set on sale from best buy a few weeks back. Have not used but looked solid. I won a Bocce league as the closer on our squad when I lived in Boston.

I got the stick from wal mart in the pinata aisle. It wasn't more than 3 bucks. Though that's before the price of wood skyrocketed. I'd imagine you can get the same stick for 35 dollars these days.
