September 16Sep 16 I liked The Long Walk. I didn't really like the ending though, it just didn't make a whole lot of sense to me. It was also pretty abrupt.

I think he was hilarious in Tenacious D. He just never evolved at any point of his career and its tiring now.
September 20Sep 20 You know, I would love for Tron:Ares to be a surprisingly kick-ass movie. Unfortunately it looks like it’s going to suck.

Unless someone was digging him in Blade Runner... I feel like most people had a love/hate with his character in that
September 25Sep 25 This might be late, but I really disliked the new Superman. Mrs. Maisel was good. That’s about it.James Gunn’s miserable, empty soul doesn’t have it in him to write Superman. Superman is too good and positive.
October 17Oct 17 So last night wifey wanted to see Kiss of the Spider Woman, but the bar at the movie theater had $5 Cosmos. So we got absolutely trashed, kept ordering double cosmos and eventually snuck into One Battle After Another like a pair of delinquent teenagers. We were so drunk we only made it half way but it was not at all what I expected. It starts like an ANTIFa wet dream before settling into a very disturbing and believable US fascist state of the very near future. i guess i'll see how it ends some day.
October 17Oct 17 How to Train Your Dragon: Live action - A nearly identical film to the animated version (there are some subtle differences), but, honestly, I was surprised at how much the live action aspect enhanced it, actually made it worthwhile to watch it. It's streaming on Peacock right now btw. If you have kids they'll likely love it.

October 19Oct 19 Tron: Ares - It’s about what you’d expect. Looks good, sounds good, not a lot else beyond that. I mean, it’s not terrible, but I wouldn’t call it good either.

October 23Oct 23 Re watching the Scream series on part 2, the fake movie Stab they show in the beginning used the song Red Right Hand which was so popular in Peaky Blinders. I would have never remembered that until after seeing Peaky Blinders. Just a fun random fact.
