Fox News and Republicans Lies.

It's like saying a Wawa store was robbed. Wawa has 24 hrs. of video surveillance. 23 hrs and 55 minutes are peaceful, calm and uneventful. However, 5 minutes of the video shows a robber hold up the clerk and steal money from the register and then drive away.

Dems. The store was robbed by a violent criminal who stole money at gunpoint and then drove away.

Republicans. The store was peaceful, calm and uneventful. There was no robbery at all.

This is almost like the 'peaceful but fiery protests' but with political parties and their associated 'news' channels switching roles.

Blame the defense attorney if they are so incompetent that they don't ask for all discovered evidence.

Except your claim that they didn’t request it is a straw man that ignores my supposition that the prosecution withheld it. Vikas may well be right, time will tell.

No it doesn't.  My only claim is that if there is discovered evidence then the defense has a right to see it.  The legal system isn't going to conspire to keep it from them.  The prosecution may screw up but then the case will be thrown out.

Making statements is meaningless. If he files a motion and shows evidence that the prosecution knowingly withheld evidence, then I'll agree that he deserves a new trial. Until then, this is all a bunch of BS based on assuming that prosecutors knowingly withheld evidence that likely wouldn't be exculpatory.

sure, but then how could Jan 6 denialists and apologists blame everything on the FBI, Pelosi, and Hunter Biden?

false equivalence for $1000, Alex Ken.

Hundreds of thousands participated in protested following George Floyd's murder.

Tens of thousands were arrested for various reasons, some minor offenses more relating to crowd control and others more serious. 100s faced felony charges.

Less than 4% of Floyd/BLM protests resulted in property damage.

Meanwhile 100% of Jan 6 protests resulted in the storming of the Capitol building while Congress was in session.

Of course. The so-called ‘’Shamans’ ‘’ lawyer is already making waves about though, so it’s coming.

Oh, so the lawyer who literally referred to his client as, and I quote, "a ratard", is the guy you want to pin your hopes and dreams on to catch federal prosecutors with the pants down on a Brady violation?

Best of luck on that, Sarah.

You are aware that there’s many, many instances where verdicts have been thrown out because the prosecutors withheld evidence, even Federal prosecutors, aren’t you?

That's the point.  The defense can use this angle is anything has been withheld.

Some are praying to anyone who will listen that individuals who broke into the Capitol with the specific intent of terrorizing Congress into putting their loser candidate back in the White House will be released on a technicality.

Kinda weird from the "law and order" crowd.

It's almost as if they never really cared about laws nor order. It's almost as if the only thing they care about is soothing the bruised ego of a moron that wouldn't even piss on them if they were on fire.

Exactly. if either side withholds evidence, it may not be submitted as evidence, and the case may be dismissed. Judges strictly enforce the Rules of Evidence especially in criminal trials.

The Judge can prevent the defense from making such an argument, unless they have evidence to show the FBI, Pelosi and Hunter Biden were directly involved. Which they don't.

wait, hunter orchestrated Jan 6th ?
