It's pretty disgusting and pathetic that a gross individual like Tucker, who married into wealth and has been paid millions to peddles lies nightly, is some kind of victim in this. The guy is on record excoriating the few people at Fox who told the truth because of how it would impact the stock price. 

I wouldn't be shocked if he's sued directly for his role in civil court. I have no idea if that would stick but it wouldn't shock me if it's happening or will happen. The texts that he sent are damning as hell, which is a big part of why Fox felt it had to settle so bad they paid almost a billion for the privilege.
