Well, it really could have been stopped, if President Trump had not lost an election, queefed, and then sent people to stop the vote certification.

You idiots always gloss over that. Why?

He doesn't want the law to apply to his cult leader. None of them do.

It's a tough pill for them to swallow knowing they voted for and supported an incompetent authoritarian bag of dogshit who thinks he's a king instead of a president. They claim to love America and the Constitution but all it took was one election loss for them to prove they don't actually give a ish about either one.

I won't be voting for either of these clowns but last I heard he was not found guilty of insurrection yet.  If you think it's ok for states to block candidates that you don't like then you're no better than the countries that actually do this.  I also believe he said to "peacefully and patriotically protest".  I guess we'll find out soon enough what the ruling is on the Colorado case but I think it's clear how it will go.

When a Dem says "If you see anybody from that Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out and you create a crowd and you push back on them, and you tell them they're not welcome anymore, anywhere," it gets glossed over.  I wonder why that is.

He sat there and let the capitol be overrun with his idiot supporters for hours.

Get your head out of his ass.

Still pretending to be a "not a Trump supporter, but...", on a football message board, this late in the game is beyond pathetic lmao.

Do you think what Trump did was illegal in the months after the election, yes or no? It's a simple question.

PS - I want Trump on the ballot, so he can have his orange behind handed to him one more time. He's a loser.

Amazing how we have hardly a single Trump supporter out of all those here defending him constantly.

Tucker left the interview with a belly full of Putin's Giz.

He would have been better off destroying all evidence of this interview ever taking place.

Yes he did, along with everyone else, unless you are saying he was the only one that could have stopped it.  Not great that nobody else in the entire government or law enforcement saw this coming.  I would say we can safely assume this wasn't a huge planned event as there would have been 'leaks' and it would have been stopped.  Maybe the Libtards are wrong and the MAGA folks are much smarter and were able to avoid detection until it was almost too late.

Trump certainly should have conducted himself in a much different way and unfortunately he didn't.  Is he a mastermind that planned an insurrection, I don't think so.  Does anyone really believe he would be able to change the election results (other than Trump and some crazy followers)?  Should he be on a ballot?  I don't know, what has he been convicted of that would remove him from a ballot?  Should Biden be allowed on the ballot?  He appears, and has appeared for some time, incompetent to hold the office but just because I feel that way doesn't mean I think he should be removed from the ballot.

This could have been avoided if the justice system would have arrested Trump for his insurrection and had him convicted.  If it is so clear that this is what he has done we shouldn't be at this point.  Sadly, Republicans have, to this point, selected him as their candidate and Democrats have sadly selected Biden as their candidate so this is where we are.  Convict Trump of insurrection and he can be off the ballot, not sure what can be done to get Biden off the ballot.

Believe what you want, your thoughts on it have no bearing on anything.  Your thoughts, on a football message board mean nothing and it's pathetic that you think they do.

Shhh..... that's okay to the EMB Squad

Amazing how some people can't believe that someone could be defended and not supported.  For example, a person could not support cake companies that don't make cakes for gay couples but could defend their right, as a private business, to do so.  This concept is foreign to some who would just like to cancel anything that doesn't follow their thoughts, beliefs and feelings.

I know, it's just amazing that they are ok with the exact thing they are criticizing.  I guess amazing isn't the right word because it's expected, maybe perplexing is a better choice.

Amazing how people who 'don't support Trump and didn't vote for him' always spend so much time making excuses for him, and pretending that does not equal support.

Do you bathe in MAGA kool aid?

It sounds like Tucker's interview was a big FAIL. The cliffnotes version I saw says Putin spent 30 minutes recounting a rambling, false history of Russia and Ukraine. Tucker interjecting to move the narrative on but he got rebuffed by Putin. Then Tucker asking strange questions about AI and Elon Musk. Maybe one interesting exchange regarding detained journalist Gershkovich, where Putin responds he will only be released as part of an prisoner exchange. Predictable. Even Russian-compromised Mike Flynn says: https://x.com/GenFlynn/status/1755765794917458103?s=20

I’m certain there will be a lot of Monday morning quarter backing, but the likely rules of engagement for this interview were probably negotiated well ahead of time to get this much time and to have this wide ranging of an interview.

Putin will not allow himself to be challenged, and Tucker isn't the one to challenge him. I won't be watching.

Your candidates entire political career was launched on a lie that Obama shouldn't be on the ballot because he wasn't born here. The cognitive dissonance on the part of Trumptards is limitless.

settle down there pal, you were ok with trumps election lies and his attempts to overthrow the legitimate 2020 results, because he had his arse handed to him by uncle mumbles, but then you cry about this.

but forget that for now, you need to deal with the interview. what did you get out of it ? was tucker's masterful journalistic skills on full display ? did putin show him the respect he deserves ? did tucker get the "real" story from donny's daddy's on why he is justified for invading ukraine ?

seriously. i have questions !
