His lack of action itself disqualifies him as a legitimate candidate for POTUS again regardless of whether he planned any of the Jan 6 crap or not. Does it? Does Biden's horrible withdrawal from Afghanistan disqualify him from being a legitimate candidate for POTUS? Does his lack of action on the border crisis disqualify him? Biden now is the one with the most power and he does not intervene on the border, in fact he makes it easier for illegals to enter.

He clearly was involved in business with his son but that is also defended. I don't see you calling for him to be arrested, impeached, etc. He took the classified documents back in 2017 when he shouldn't even have had them. So, you either care about the law or you only care about the law when it comes to prosecuting the guys you don't like. Why can't they both be prosecuted and treated equally. Oh, because one is an old drooling fool he gets a pass? Trump absolutely should have done something on January 6th but he didn't. He also said to peacefully and patriotically protest. Breaking into the capital is not what I consider peaceful. Trump should have conceded and thanked the crowd for their support and told them to go home. We'll see how the courts feel about his actions in the upcoming year(s) depending on what he gets charged with. Should he be removed from the ballot before being convicted? Should states have a say on who is or isn't on the ballot? Wow, cool deflection. Quote Trump absolutely should have done something on January 6th but he didn't. That was all you had to say. Thanks for agreeing with me. Not sure why this makes you mad at Biden.
February 9, 20241 yr man, i must have been in a coma the last couple of weeks, because i swear, there was a border bill sent to congress to approve.

So you still have no regard for the law where Biden is concerned. I'm not mad at Biden, he sucks as president and clearly doesn't know what, where or when he is doing stuff. I do feel the law should be applied equally but if you have done the same thing as the other guy but you are a drooling old fool you can get away with it. If you are mentally incapable of standing trial I don't know how anyone could find you mentally capable of running a country.

Your thoughts, on a football message board mean nothing and it's pathetic that you think they do. When he coordinated the effort to submit false slates of electors in multiple states to delay certification and overturn the result of the election, was that legal in your eyes?

Instead, you used your time to reply to me on something you earlier said you didn't care about. That's very telling, Not-A-Trump-Supporter. He can't do it. He can't possibly bring himself to admit it. Being that devoted to a politician that you can't even face reality staring you in the face. It's pathetic.

No but my eyes don't matter. For example, when Clinton obstructed justice and destroyed evidence, that was not legal in my eyes, but it was in others. When they made the fake dossier it wasn't legal in my eyes. When Biden clearly is involved with his son's business it is not legal in my eyes. Biden or Trump having classified documents are also not legal in my eyes. But again, it's not my eyes that matter. What I see is one side not even having charges considered for whatever reason (too old and forgetful, likeable old guy, etc.) and the other being charged. The law should be the law no matter who the guilty party is, just apply it equally.

Yes it 100% does... and then you switch over to Biden, typical look over there. I'll bite anyway. Biden's Afghani withdrawal was extremely bad and certainly enough for anyone to use as a reason not to vote for him. However, it isn't a straight out disqualify like Trump's behavior on Jan 6th. Not even close to it. We can go on if you like. The border is bad, yeah, and again certainly enough for anyone to decide not to vote for Biden but it isn't a straight red card / ejection. Who rejected the latest offer to add a fix? Was it Biden? Now let me add one more item. I'm 100% against the Colorado decision. I'm not talking about Trump being technically disqualified. I'm talking about using just a bit of decent judgement. Biden for the withdrawal and the border - yellow card (15yd flagrant foul with a 15yd unsportsmanlike conduct on top) Trump on Jan 6th - straight red (ejection)

Doubtful though even if it is a clear better choice the Democrats and Republicans are so dug in it won't change the outcome. Right now there are 4-5 Candidates running. All of them except for Biden are repeating Putin's talking points. That should tell you something.
