November 9, 20223 yr With Desantis massive win in Florida, does the Repug party cut ties with Trump and go full in behind Desantis in 2024 ??

November 9, 20223 yr Author I feel like this is a mirror image of 2020. Dems are up early, but Republicans are gonna come back. The outstanding vote is gonna break that way. Hopefully Warnock holds out for a runoff. Walker has no business being a freaking senator. No idea how a state that protected Raffensperger after 2020 is also in position to elect a guy who talks about "China's bad air".. 2 minutes ago, Gannan said: Boebert is losing Sadly it won't hold. I think it may already have flipped. I think they counted mail in ballots first. Still .... Was nice to see if only for a moment 🤣

Lot of votes there. Question is whether he would gain enough in the rural areas to offset whatever he may lose here. Bucks has not reported much yet, and I don't expect Fetterman to do as well as Biden did here. The lead he has in Bucks right now is impressive, regardless of the low reporting %

November 9, 20223 yr It seems like the general feel is Fetterman is going to win based on what we've seen. Honestly I'm surprised considering how much we've been told Oz had catapulted into the lead the last month.

I never said he'd win Bucks, just that his lead there is encouraging. I think he'll win statewide, though. Oz is underperforming Trump by some significant margins in key precincts, and there are still tons of votes to come out of Philly.

I think Fetterman wins and unfortunately Walker might too. Probably looking like another 50/50 split in the senate. The house still likely goes gop, but not by much. Dems having a much better night so far than the talking heads were predicting.

Honestly I'm surprised considering how much we've been told Oz had catapulted into the lead the last month. I dunno. I'm starting to have doubts. Fetterman is ahead 70-30 in Montgomery county. No way that holds. That means he's gonna lose from here on out there. Same in Bucks but lower margin. I think a lot of the suburban vote that has reported has been pro Fetterman, and much of what remains is gonna break for Oz. Montco should end up 55-57 Fetterman and 40-43 Oz. Bucks should be maybe slightly Oz. That gives a lot of outstanding vote in Oz's favor. 2 minutes ago, Dave Moss said: Hassan won in NH. That’s big for Dems. Yeah that's huge.

Maybe Fing with women's rights a few months before the elections was a bad call?

However, based on what the experts are saying it's leaning more and more Fetterman by the minute.

Trump not going away was another one. The big takeaway for me tonight is that Trump has zero chance at winning back the white house. I am officially easing off of my "there wont be a gop presidential primary” stance. The party has to be able to read the tea leaves.
November 9, 20223 yr On the plus side, the SNL skit of Fetterman and Walker debating on the Senate floor could be a lot of fun So there's that

November 9, 20223 yr Author Dems nominating Barnes was stupid. Stupid ass progressives. If nothing else the rank and file Dems can point at Barnes losing a very winnable senate flip and tell progressives to go get their shine boxes.
