What happened?

Oh right, the election was STOLEN. But just certain states and only the presidential vote. Oh, and there is no proof. What is the fix for that?

Great idea, don't like how things are going take your ball and go home.

It is definitely a great idea to not negotiate with terrorists.

What happened in the 2020 election besides Biden won it? And why wouldn't the Dems not want that to happen again?

Wat Memes

Republicans are just pissed they never thought of this

It surely does seem like a puss-bag move.

Sure, when the elected reps are terrorists and terrorist sympathizers. Traitors, the lot of them.

But were they though? I mean, how do we know they didn't steal their elections too?

This is just the first in what will likely be a series of increasingly desperate maneuvers by the TX GOP to stop TX from inevitably flipping blue.

I've acknowledged the inimcality of the far-left. The difference lies in numerical superiority and legislative power.

sounds more like rationalization than any statement of fact, when even 'not leftist' dems such as yourself seem to work against foundational principles of the country....

How much elaboration do you need on why voting rights matter?

Like voting rights?

They are standing up to protect Democracy and the Right to vote, while Texas is trying to suppress the vote and destroy democracy all while their Electric Grid needs to be fixed.

or leave it to the states as the Constitution would have it...

or do we just discard principles when the ends justify the means?

Not when the States Like Texas and Florida try to suppress the vote and discriminate against minorities. I guess making people guess how many Jelly Beans are in the Jar or having a Poll Tax is ok with you as long as the States pass those rules.

we are so fortunately to have emotional children like JS here to tell us what should and should not happen.

news flash JS, you are not enlightened in any way. just b/c you feel something strongly doesn't mean its a rational, well-thought out argument.

none of the ID laws infringe on any of the constitutional protections, so long as everyone is treated the same. if I need to show an ID to pick up a prescription or get on a plane, certainly something as "sacred" as an election can warrant the same treatment.
