Ok. I wasn't aware how often tents are used for polling places. Mine have always been a church or community center that volunteered to be a polling station.

It's a deep south state with the most conservative leaning hispanic community in the country, not to mention, very likely, the stupidest state in the nation.

I guess they were all vaccinated, and it was a private charter, so it doesn't appear they were violating any regulation or guidance. Still, although the risk of transmission is extremely low on airplanes, this is dumb to me. I will continue to mask up in indoor public spaces for the foreseeable future, especially when locked into extremely close proximity with groups of people for an extended period of time, like riding an airplane.
