Free Stuff like Farm Subsidies or Tax cuts to Corporations and the Rich? Free Stuff to Military Contractors? 

We the People of the United States, didn't just mean White People. It meant Everyone. The people have the right to vote. We are a Democratic Republic, Not a Republic. This is what Trumplicans want our Democratic Republic to look like. White people have a Right to vote. Everyone else it's a privilege they have to earn. Racist Much?

True.  Then the Republicans passed the 14th Amendment which said former slaves were citizens and had the same rights as other U.S. citizens.  They didn’t even need the 15th Amendment. West Virginia broke away because there were no slaves there.  Turns out that rugged mountains aren’t a great spot for plantations.

WV broke away solely because there were no slaves?  Why would that motivate anyone?

It was because most of the counties in what is now WV were anti-slavery, period.
