I have to admit…this game was a complete game across the board…I can’t remember the last time we were so efficient..hurts was solid, receivers were solid, defense spectacular, holding Matt to 100ish yards and no TDS…

very happy with the balance of the game Siriani called…

Oh I agree with you bud. This defense is going to give up yards because it still lacks real talent at a couple of positions. But this defense is going to be really good I think.

I said it early in the game, no idea why they stopped attacking the LBs and running inside the 15. Our LBs are slow and can't tackle.

False starts always happen with an oline getting used to a new qb, especially in a dome with the crowd noise. 

Nice win. I was pleasantly surprised at the result.

Definitely something they'll need to clean up on but yeah week one with a new QB. They'll get it together. 

Great way to start the season for our Eagles! Some of you may or may not remember I wasn't big on Hurts being the guy, but it's clear he worked his ass off to become a better QB. I'm very happy to be wrong.

Biggest overall takeaway from today, for me, was that all three phases looked prepared, composed and knew exactly what was going on at all times. It’s been a while since the entire team looked as polished as tonight.

There we’re issues with false starts, penalties etc. But overall I’m finding it hard to pick out any other negatives from the opening game. Maybe tackling at times could have been cleaner?

very early days, but liking what I see from this young team and coaching staff.
