Really don't believe in him as a franchise guy. Have maintained that stance forever. Gave him a ton of props last week, but warned people that once the short passes were cut off he would need to hit the middle of the field and stretch it.

I think we should all watch the all 22 back first before we make these assessments. I didn't think he was that bad. I thought the OL struggled especially the interior.

The Philly special is a good play.  Greg Ward is a good person to be throwing it.   If Tyree Jackson gets back, he's a good person to be throwing it.

But when you have 1st and goal at the 1,  you have to have prepared for that.   You can't have a coach saying "it never occurred to us that we'd ever be in a position like that,  first and goal from the 1."  All pass interference in the end zone gives you first and goal at the 1. 

You put in your very big goal line offense when you have first and goal at the 1.  And you run forward up to 4 times, and you better make it.  Wishbone formation.  QB sneak, and all the rbs are backup OL or DTs, and their role is to push Hurts forward.    If you have 4 chances to get 1 yard,  it's pretty pathetic if you don't.  It's on the coaches, and if that's the margin of victory, you don't deserve to win if you don't make it. 

I liked Mailata in that role, but of course he's the starting LT now,  so the Eagles lose.

Sick has only called 2 games now, let's not all go jumping off a cliff, there is promise there...

The Cowboys basically have a home game today. There's a lot of Cowboys fans here in So Cal.  And, the Chargers haven't really attracted a huge following in LA.

Really tho. 

While, the Seahawks and 49'ers are the cream of the NFC, the Eagles can still win their own division. 

Monday night is the real test.

Maybe, the defense played a great 1st half but got manhandled in the 2nd. They just couldn’t get off the field. It was a bad loss all around, SF is not that good, offensively or defensively.  The offense left too many points on the field. Reagor stepping out killed them and not being able to score on a 1st and goal left 10 or 14 pts off the board.
