"This was the only documented case of violence against an officer"

The crazy thing is, that blurb that you're quoting that probably originated on Facebook is as accurate as MSM reporting on Jan. 6 has been. Read the Greenwald piece I posted. The lies are brazen and they're shameful. The media is beneath contempt.

When your first instinct is to rigorously defend terrorists, you're doing it wrong.

The Greenwald piece is really, really good. It actually addresses this line of thinking. Anyone who takes issue with the media's insanely false narrative regarding the events of Jan. 6 is accused of supporting the people who breached the capitol. No, you can disagree with what they did while simultaneously thinking the media's coverage of the event was abhorrent.

Yikes.  No, I'm good.  I'll just stick with my "Don't defend terrorists" mantra.  But you do you, Kz.

Right, reading an article that points out blatant, brazen mistruths is a scary thought, I know.

Oof...tripling down on defending terrorism is a bad look.

This is certainly a reasonable reaction to being asked to read an article.

Edit: you don't know who Greenwald is, do you?

Nah, lying about an officer being beaten to death for over a month by a major news outlet should concern, and be a source of frustration, for everyone. 122953455_bluecheck.thumb.png.2dc34a0d2d8812359dc98d082ba1ca2a.png

Not as frustrated as you losers must feel after all this losing.

Yeah I do.  He was the guy who broke the Snowden story, right?

But, yeah, no, I'm good on that article.  Don't have any interest in terrorist-sympathy articles.  But, again, you do you, buddy.

Can we focus on important things please?

Blah blah blah.   Arguing over the precise cause of death seems beside the point.  He died - fending off rioters or shortly after.   It doesn't make Trump or his enablers or the rioters any better or any worse, regardless of the precise cause of death.

FYP?  Sorry, don't know what that stands for.  And nobody was talking about Covid or Cuomo here?

Why do you bring up irrelevant topics.  Just because you can point to things that make some dems look bad -- doesn't excuse a presidential led attack on our system of government.    It's like you are a toddler -- oh, they said bad things about republicans -- so let me find other unrelated bad things.   WTF is wrong with you?  This isn't about sides -- or about dems vs republicans   That's what you don't get.  It's about an attack on the very foundation of our government -- enabled and encouraged by the then president.    Everyone -- republicans and dems - should loudly be against that.  If you are not, you don't understand how our government is supposed to work.

The key part of the article.  This part is an example of the author's suggestion regarding the use of fact checking.  Just prior to this passage there is a part that describes a process for fact checking and then gives an example of checking something Robert F. Kennedy Jr says related to vaccines.

On the surface the advice looks sound BUT then comes the clincher which is the very last sentence in the passage above "Mr. Kennedy's claims were outside the consensus - a sign they were motivated by something other than science".

That position is the exact polar opposite of how science works and is a concise description of everything that is going wrong regarding the freedom of thought and dissemination of ideas as a result of the wokestan religion.  Copernicus is rolling in his grave.

Fantastic piece by Greenwald on the countless instances of the MSM spreading complete lies regarding Jan. 6 "insurrection"

How is this any different then Hunter Biden's laptop or all the voter fraud stories that were proven false?

All this proves is that the media sucks on both the right and the left and that maybe you should start investigating the truth for yourself instead of being a slave the your brand of media overlord.

Also Greenwald is a partisan hack.

lol at Greenwald being a partisan hack. No, the media constantly gets the details egregiously wrong and, when they do, it's almost always done to hurt Trump/Republicans. Defending this is disgusting.
