Yep.  Those two Reagor sweep runs wouldn't have worked against better defenses.  The Lions look like they have no sideline to sideline speed on defense.  The Lions should be using Swift more.  He is a talented young player.  The Lions have historically had a bad front office and they haven't hired the best coaches.
