Like most teams seasons look with a young new coaching staff and qb.  The only different is the eagles have a stock pile of high round picks in next years draft

this year is really a long audition to see what’s what and that’s about it.  
 

wentz would not make this team anymore of a contender this year than hurts does.

The Super Bowl is long in the rear view mirror.

But seeing a team like the Lions function makes you thankful for what happened in 2017 and the Reid years even more so.

The only real thing we can take away from this game is that the coaches were finally willing to change things up.  The real question will be will they be willing to stick with the run against defenses that are more legit?  Or, will they immediately go away from it if we get stopped a couple of times?

Probably. We’ll see next week. If they can turn out two good weeks in a row they might be improving. All depends on Sirianni honestly.
