Jake is quietly having the best season by an Eagles kicker since David Akers.  

No one seems to talk about the kicker unless they're missing kicks or in those rare cases where they get the chance to kick a game winner. Good to see he's recovered from last year. I'm chalking that season up to a being a covid year. I suspect he wasn't able to get his usual amount of practice in.

He’s been a huge weapon this season for sure. The new holder has just made him clutch. 

Jake is not getting the credit he deserves.  He's one of the biggest reason the Offense has been rolling .  Props Jake.

Lovato-Siposs-Elliott are doing a great job. One of the best units we've had there in a while.

Lets keep it going! 

Even great kickers are often up and down early in their careers. I'm glad the team has been patient with him.

A lot of this has to do with all the domes there are now.  No wind, no cold, no rain, no snow, no mud... nothing adverse whatsoever.  And then the new surfaces... no divots in the field from playing in adverse conditions year after year making for a bad plant foot.  

And... specialization always leads to improvements like this.  They are literally worthless at just about every other facet.  No more Lou Grozas.  Guys who can actually play the game AND kick.

Absolutely agree with all the above. Another way they've messed up the game I grew up loving.
