Never seen an above ground pool?

Yeah. Every-time I look out my back window.  Never had to "take it down”.

Everyone to the deep end/middle!

Inground=success

Above ground=the best Dave Moss’ wife could afford

What are you confused about 4for4? Above ground pools are what poor people buy when they win a small amount on a scratcher at the 7-11. It’s an outside bathtub.

Never had a pool growing up or now.  We belong to the local YMCA though and they have one.

Well, I have a pool, and I have never done a bit of maintenance. Dog barks at the guy every Saturday morning when he is out there doing whatever.

I do yardwork to get away from my family. I don’t have a pool, but if I did I’d be checking pH levels meticulously.

The wife and I do a ton of yardwork, but a service cuts the grass and edges.

I am still dumb enough to have mulch delivered and spread it around myself.

I enjoy mowing the lawn. I put on my headphones, listen to some podcasts, and ride the mower for about 90 minutes each Saturday. gets me out of the house, which feels more necessary given how much work I do from home now. in particular without the commute my time to listen to podcasts has gone away, so it's a good time to catch up.

landscaping company comes in a couple times a year to do the heavy stuff; mulching, bush trimming, etc.

the one thing I'd like to offload but cannot is leaf cleanup. I have a few maples in the front, and they drop a ton of leaves. but the kids love jumping in the piles every year. so I pile them up  on a tarp with my tow-behind lawn sweeper, let the kids have an afternoon of fun with a gigantic pile of leaves, then drag it back to a wooded area behind my house to dump. that's the most strenuous thing I do with the lawn at this point.

Just had a giant oak (about 5 stories tall; leaves/acorns) and large maple removed from my front yard in July.  Replaced them with smaller dogwoods.  I'm definitely looking forward to not having to worry much about leaves.

I have the greatest gift for a PA home. A creek in the backyard. My yard slopes down the creek, and every year, the bank on my side turns into a leaf mulch pile.

I love all yard work.  Including blowing leaves.  Mulching sucks.  Got sick as a dog a few years back from black mold while mulching.   Now it’s mostly pine needles.

i do beyond flower gardens. i leave that up to the mrs. i mulch with my ride on mower. haven't gotten sick from doing it, but i can imagine how much that sucked

there are a ton of maples around here so i get the normal leaf issues in the fall, but there are also a bunch of oak including the only tree on my property that don't shed their leaves until very early spring so i have to do it all over again.

I love how this thread on a black dude running over a bunch of kids and old people has turned into the Better Homes and Gardens thread of the EMB. This is what keeps me coming back.

PS- F leaves.

things will get back to normal, but sometimes a thread needs a cease fire so to speak.

Maybe the thread title needs more…

@Kz! maybe you need to add more propaganda words to the title to draw attention, you know extreme, leftist, liberal… bombshell maybe?

I should clarify.  I don’t do flowers.  My wife does that.   We get a ton of gum balls in the winter.  Great for the fire pit.

I don’t mulch leaves with my lawn tractor.  I want them gone.

I dont know how you guys do it. I friggin hate yard work so much. I pay someone to mow the lawn and take care of everything outside so I dont have to be bothered with it.

I am with you on the golf course. I prefer hanging out in the clubhouse myself. I think overall I am just a lazy person at heart  ;)

Bet we never hear anything regarding the DA's "investigation" as to why this piece of crap was bailed out on $1,000 for running over one of his "baby mamas."

Golf is fun, I played for a couple years, then when my first kid was born I stopped (just when I figured it out a bit) and never got back into it. I persoanlly find if you don't play fairly regularly it's much less enjoyable.

Bowling is a pretty good slow sport you can play while drinking beer.

It's literally happening all over the country. Retarded liberals have completely destroyed the criminal justice system in the name of social justice and predictably caused murder rates to explode.

I don't really blame the average dem voter because they're too stupid/brainwashed to know any better, but the scumbags they elect are truly evil people.

Golf is amazing if you don't take the game so seriously that you can't enjoy it if you suck. Four hours outdoors with the boys drinking beer. I like to enjoy the occasional cigar when I play too. The key is to hit just enough good shots to convince yourself you're making progress or give yourself something to build off of.
