Is Jason Kelce a HOFef? He has 116 consecutive starts dating back to 2014. 4 time probowler. 3 times first team all pro. SB champ.  He has been the unquestioned leader of some really dominant offensive lines. I say it will take some time but he will get there.

Kelce will make the Pro-bowl this year, giving him 5 total. That's HOF consideration, but not a slam dunk.

If he can put in a year or two more and get to about 6-7 Pro-bowls, coupled with the SB ring, he becomes close to a lock.

I think his strongest resume bullet is the three consecutive years of first team all Pro. That's what gets O linemen in. And the SB ring. I'm wondering if he has a chance for a 4th this year.

Pro bowl is popularity contests. Getting all pro and the ring is what counts

Was he added that to that all decade team?

He lost out to Alex Mack and Maurkice Pouncey. I think it's the all pros too. Three in a row is a strong showing. I think he has a outside chance for a 4th this year. Especially if we keep rushing like this.

He should and it should be a no brainer... But I don't think he will.

He gets a 4th all pro this year if you go by the check list from past centers it's almost a lock. He's the captain of the arguably best line in the league and still dominant himself. I also wonder if the consecutive game steak is a factor.

I think he will get in eventually but not right away. Historians will probably go back and look at the 2017 Eagles teams and other SB teams and see who else merits HOF consideration that they missed out on. At that point, I think he gets in. But, I think it will be a decade or two after he retires.  He definitely deserves it.  I think he could still play another year or two if he wants to play. He is still playing at a high level.

I think I've read some stat that every other center in NFL history that has been named 1st Team All Pro 3 times is in the Hall of Fame.  He has 3.  He can potentially get a 4th this year.  I think if he does get another All-Pro selection this year then he is a shoe in for making it at some point.  If he decides to keep playing for another year or two then he can work his way towards a 1st ballot if he holds up this high level of play.

Looks like the 3 time all-pro is just since 2000.

Since 2000, three centers have been called to Canton, Ohio. All three were selected to the All-Pro team at least three times. Kevin Mawae, a part of last year’s class, got the honor three times.

It will be interesting what he decides to do this offseason. He has that poison pill in his contract but he can waive that, I believe. I'll bet he's having a lot more fun this season than last.

I think they'll vote for him just so they get to listen to him make a speech in Canton - that post-Super Bowl speech he made on Broad Street is legend.  He is so well-respected by everyone around the league -- players, announcers, coaches, etc -- for his intelligence, leadership and team spirit, I gotta believe he will get in.
