No surprise, just another guy who can't stay healthy. Cue what's his name to tell us he wouldn't of missed much time if he didn't miss the whole season

Why - is Driscoll injury prone?  I don't remember him being injured before.

He only played a handful of games his rookie year because of frequent injuries. He was hurt earlier this year and went on IR for about a month. And now this. So yeah, it might be fair to classify him as injury prone.

Great, now they need another right guard.

He was hurt last year too.  Driscoll, Dillard, Brooks, Johnson, Dickerson - the all injury O line team.

He was hurt twice last year and now hurt twice this year.

I don't remember him being healthy before.  He relentlessly leaves the field at a near Jason Peters rate.  Sounds harsh, but I have concerns about him as a roster-able backup next year, let alone starter, with how frail he is.  It's bad enough when a starter goes down.  If he's a backup thrown into action and predictably goes down, then we are rapidly shuffling the entire OL.

This is not to deride the guy, some human bodies physically are not made for the nfl even if they have the size, strength, and athleticism.  I think he is one of them.

Who would have thought you could get hurt playing this sport?

Well it seems Eagles have found Brandon Brook's heir apparent in Driscol...

The injury habit similarity that is...

You're being too optimistic.

Thought there might be some additional injuries from play on the Giants fake grass. Got to be some evidence to back that up ?

That's a bummer, he's played really well this season. It'd be nice if Brooks were ready to go in the near future, although getting some more game experience for Herbig probably isn't the worst thing going forward. It's too bad Dillard is the least versatile O-linemen ever. It'd be nice to not just chalk up that first rounder as completely wasted.

Ahhh another Iggles player hurt. And on the O-Line. WOW!!

Move along. Nothing to see here. BAU for this team.

Outside of what everyone else already said, he also gets tons of minor injuries that will make him miss a drive or have to play the game through. He's only had 4 consecutive games playing 100% snaps across 2 seasons

Driscoll didn't have any injury history to note entering the draft. So this could be the start of being injury prone, or it could just be bad luck early. IMO, there's no reason to go all doom and gloom about his future just yet.
