Someone in the room clearly threw out "hey maybe we should focus our campaign on how healthy Oz is and how unhealthy Fetterman looks" and somehow they managed to Ethos Pathos Logos that concept into a creepy tick tock video of Oz eating fruit and mocking a stroke victim.
